傷口敷料品牌「GelSkin 水凝敷」的經銷商發現，產品隨附的紙本操作教學指引雖然有搭配圖片說明，然而圖片展示的操作角度不夠直覺明確，使用者各自解讀不同，導致許多人操作錯誤，敷料上該拆掉的包裝沒拆或是不小心觸碰到應避免觸碰的部份，使得產品透氣、抑菌等功能沒辦法正常發揮，甚至敷料直接被弄壞造成損失，更不用說臨床第一線的護理師使用者根本沒時間與耐性慢慢閱讀紙本說明。

於是經銷商回頭請品牌原廠製作操作說明影片，這支影片中，操作步驟的展示節奏經過細膩安排，同時透過鏡頭語言強調關鍵動作，以確保觀眾清楚地接收訊息，並且敷料包裝的拆解步驟也詳細地用手部動畫演繹，使觀眾在操作上一目瞭然。這樣短短不到 1 分鐘的影片，有效率地解決使用者的困惑與降低操作錯誤。
