RecentCare's product GelSkin is an ultra-thin, waterproof hydrogel dressing designed for clinical and home care use. Despite its thoughtful design, its distributor identified a persistent issue: the paper instruction guide was leaving too much room for misinterpretation, leading to application errors that compromised the dressing's performance.
We produced this patient education animation to solve that problem directly. By deliberate pacing, camera angles, and animated hand demonstrations for each application step, we turned an ambiguous instruction leaflet into a clear, under-one-minute visual guide, one that a busy nurse or first-time user can follow immediately and correctly.
A well-designed animation leads a product to perform exactly as it was designed to — with less confusion and fewer errors.
